Start Afresh runs an in-house fruit diagnostic laboratory that undertakes the fruit analyses required for the research trials and projects. Common tests undertaken include dry matter, brix, firmness flesh colour and fresh weight as well the full range of kiwifruit quality defect assessments.
The lab is equipped with modern fruit diagnostic equipment and has a team of fully trained staff.
